A Port Macquarie local, Ursula grew up in a hospitality family, which ingrained in her the ethos that the customer always comes first. Before starting her career in financial advice, she completed a Bachelor of Economics and worked in banking, where she won a Rotary Vocational Service Award.

Committed to maintaining and expanding her industry knowledge to best serve her clients, Ursula has continued to gain qualifications and accreditations becoming a Certified Financial Planner, an SMSF Specialist Advisor and an Accredited Aged Care Professional.
